Australian Education Awards Awardees

We are extremely proud and excited to announce that St Margaret’s Berwick Grammar has yet again featured strongly in the Australian Education Awards. In an exceptional result, some of our key leaders have been recognised in the following three categories:

1. Prime Super School Principal of the Year – Non-Government
2. Deputy Principal of the Year
3. Department Head of the Year

Congratulations to Dr Annette Rome on being honoured as an awardee in the prestigious Prime Super School Principal of the Year – Non-Government category. Annette is a tireless, insightful and collaborative leader, whose passion for education and leadership in the sector is well understood.

Congratulations to Dr Steven Middleton on being honoured as an awardee in the Deputy Principal of the Year category. It is a fitting recognition of his deep commitment to St Margaret’s Berwick Grammar and his instrumental insights and passion for boys’ education that sees the School focus on Growing Good Men.

Congratulations to Dr Todd Zadow on being honoured as an awardee in the Department Head of the Year category. Since joining the School Dr Todd’s energy and commitment to enhancing the School’s Science program have been palpable, bringing new ways to engage with our students.

The Australian Education Awards recognises outstanding achievement and transformative work in the K to Year 12 sector and are highly contested by government and non-government schools. As an awardee, St Margaret’s Berwick Grammar is acknowledged as a top performer among peers with exceptional leadership talent.

While we celebrate these awardees, we also recognise that the contribution of each of these leaders is but a part of the work that all of our staff are committed to on a daily basis as we strive to develop Great People.
