Chinese Debating
On the 23 June, St Margaret’s and Berwick Grammar School joined a Chinese Debating Competition at Monash University (Caulfield Campus) and RMIT.
On Saturday 28 July, the first round of the competition commenced and saw St Margaret’s and Berwick Grammar School v Methodist Ladies College. The team debated well and were unsuccessful with a 1:2 loss.
On Saturday 11 August St Margaret’s and Berwick Grammar School once again debated in the competition against Camberwell Grammar School and on this occasion had a resounding win, 3:0.
The students who participated were Tony, Edward, Hanlong, Christine, Zoe, Cherie.
