Cunningham House

Cunningham House has a long and proud history within St Margaret’s School and with the implementation of the new vertical wellbeing structure, the Cunningham spirit is set to strengthen and continue for many years to come. Girls from all year levels have new and exciting opportunities for leadership and community and I look forward to seeing the ways in which Cunningham House can become a home away from home for students of SMS.

The 2019 school year has started with a bang and girls in Cunningham have already tasted success in the opening House event for the year, the House Swimming Carnival. Congratulations to all involved including House Captains Chloe Bernard and Binithi Gunasekera who prepared the girls well for the event and ensured the beach theme of Cunningham Cancun was on display on the day. Chloe and Binithi have taken to their new roles well, leading the girls for the weekly House meetings on Thursdays.

We welcome new staff into the Cunningham Mentor team to work alongside existing Cunningham staff and are excited to work alongside the amazing students to develop their sense of belonging at St Margaret’s School.
