Endeavour – Yoga

During Year 9 Endeavour the boys explore many topics – this week we looked at a ‘positive spin on mental health’.

We looked at how we could have a positive approach to stress and how stress can help our bodies. We saw the research that describes that our mindset about stress can have a positive physiological effect on our bodies.

We then tried some yoga as a technique to facilitate our wellbeing.

We had some fun as well as learning about how we can look after our own mental health.
