James Lynch – Interview Skills
The Year 11 boys took a trip to SMS to hear the wise words of James Lynch. James Lynch is a recognised leader in interview skills coaching and behavioural based interview techniques.
He shared with our students skills on how to develop a targeted resume and cover letter and the skills to succeed in that all important interview.
James shared with us how to develop the communication skills needed to create a positive first impression by focusing our curriculum vitae to target the interviewer’s needs and expectations. We learnt how to handle behavioural based interview questions and have the right interview answers.
