Social Service Initiative
The St Margaret’s Senior School Social Service team worked diligently throughout Term 1 to launch the FareShare House competition. This competition entailed collecting as many non-perishable goods as possible in Houses, which were then donated to FareShare (an organisation that makes and distributes meals to the homeless across Melbourne).
The Social Service team is very proud that over 600 items were collected and donated to FareShare. Congratulations to Gipson House for winning and of course to the rest of the Senior School for your tremendous support. We extend our thanks to the school community for enabling this wonderful activity to be such a great success.
